MMMBop
I turned 34 today.
I’m just a little bit younger than Rizal now.
Possibly older than Jesus?
But definitely older than Miss McKenzie.
And speaking of Ms McKenzie.
Busted recently collaborated with Hanson.
It’s called MMMBop 2.0
It really is an upgraded version.
As they are wise and adult now.
In the 1997 version, it feels like they are mocking.
Now they are enlightening.
♪ Plant a seed, plant a flower, plant a rose ♪
♪ You can plant any one of those ♪
♪ Keep planting to find out which one grows ♪
♪ It’s a secret no one knows… ♪
♪ Can you tell me ♪

♪ No, you can’t ‘cause you don’t know ♪
Reminds me of:
You meet people who forget you. You forget people you meet. But sometimes you meet those people you can’t forget. Those are your friends.
It’s true.
As we get older songs make much more sense.
Here are my favorite lines:
♪ So hold on to the ones who really care ♪
♪ In the end they’ll be the only ones there ♪
